Miniature Planet Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. General

   • These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase, use, and redemption of gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by Miniature Planet (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

   • By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purchase & Redemption

   • Gift Cards can only be purchased directly from Miniature Planet through our official store or authorized channels.

   • Gift Cards may only be redeemed for products available at Miniature Planet’s online store: www.miniatureplanet.co.

   • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

   • If the purchase amount is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance will stay on the card until expiry (no cash difference will be paid out).

   • If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card value, customers may top up the difference using an accepted payment method.

   • Gift Cards cannot be combined with discount codes, promotions, or vouchers in a single transaction.

3. Value & Expiration

   • The value of the Gift Card is in Singapore Dollars (SGD) as stated at the time of purchase.

   • Unless otherwise required by law, Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

   • Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

4. Restrictions

   • Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

   • Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. Please treat your Gift Card like cash.

   • Unauthorized resale, duplication, or fraudulent use of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Balance Inquiry

   • Customers may check the remaining balance of their Gift Card by contacting us at sales@miniatureplanet.co.

6. Liability

   • Miniature Planet is not responsible for any Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

   • We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or a violation of these Terms.

7. Amendments

   • Miniature Planet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

   • The latest version of these Terms will always be available at www.miniatureplanet.co.

8. Governing Law

   • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
