GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITION

  • General Use
    This Gift Card is issued by Miniature Planet and may be used only for the purchase of goods and/or services from Miniature Planet, unless otherwise stated.

  • Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable
    Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, except where required by law.

  • Redemption
    The Gift Card must be presented at the time of purchase. The value of the Gift Card will be deducted from the total purchase amount. Any remaining balance may be used for future purchases, subject to these terms.

  • Expiration
    Gift Cards do not expire. If applicable, the expiration date will be clearly stated on the card or in the accompanying documentation.

  • Partial Use
    If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
    Miniature Planet is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards and will not replace or refund them.

  • Transferability
    Gift Cards may be transferred or gifted to another person but may not be resold without prior written consent from Miniature Planet.

  • Fraud & Misuse
    Miniature Planet reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend a Gift Card if fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms is suspected.

  • Promotions & Discounts
    Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards and may not be combined with certain promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

  • Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Changes to Terms
    Miniature Planet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available through official Miniature Planet communication channels.
